Responsibilities:
- Develop a deep, evolving mastery of the Darwinbox payroll product architecture, proactively identifying platform limitations and working with product and engineering teams to drive resolution and roadmap influence.
- Act as the internal product authority for your region — diagnosing complex system behaviors, leading root cause analysis, and ensuring client-facing issues are resolved with precision and speed.
- Continuously evaluate product updates, new releases, and enhancements, translating technical changes into actionable guidance for clients and internal stakeholders.
- Bridge the gap between client needs and product capabilities by documenting recurring pain points, escalating patterns to the product team, and contributing to the refinement of the platform.
Requirements:
- In-depth knowledge of Thailand Payroll with an experience of at least 10 years in payroll implementation
- Good understanding of statutory compliances of the country
- Proven ability to work and effectively communicate with C-level executives and line of business representatives.
- Demonstrated ability to independently navigate, troubleshoot, and optimize enterprise payroll software with a strong aptitude for learning complex systems rapidly and thoroughly.
- A self-driven learner who stays ahead of product changes, statutory updates, and industry best practices, applying that knowledge to improve both client outcomes and internal delivery standards.
- Proven ability to understand client pain points and propose solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills along with Strong analytical skills for problem-solving and proposing resolutions.
