Role Description The Pediatric Registered Nurse role at Happy Help is a part-time, on-site position based in Bangkok. The nurse will provide high-quality pediatric care in home or accommodation settings, including health assessments, medication administration, wound care, and monitoring of children's recovery after medical procedures. Daily responsibilities include coordinating care plans with physicians and families, documenting clinical observations, and responding promptly to changes in a child's condition. The nurse will offer family-centered education on treatment, safety, and preventive care, while ensuring a safe and comforting environment tailored to each child's needs. The role also involves collaborating with the coordination team to schedule visits, adjust care plans, and support smooth communication with international and local families.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Nursing and Medicine, with demonstrated ability to deliver evidence-based clinical care.
• Specialized skills in Pediatric Nursing and Pediatrics, with experience caring for infants, children, and adolescents.
• Experience or training in Critical Care Nursing, including monitoring vital signs and responding to pediatric emergencies.
• Valid Registered Nurse license and eligibility to practice in Thailand, with prior pediatric clinical experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Thai language skills are an advantage.
• Ability to work independently in home and accommodation settings, maintaining professional boundaries and confidentiality.
• Strong cultural sensitivity, adaptability, and commitment to family-centered care for diverse international and local clients.
• Current certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) or willingness to obtain them.
