As the Penthouse Bar & Grill Manager, you will lead the operations of our flagship rooftop dining destination. This role combines high-level operational management with a strong guest-centric and business-oriented mindset. You will be responsible for driving profitability, ensuring elevated service standards, developing the team, and executing unique dining experiences aligned with the brand and hotel standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 years experience in the hospitality industry, with an emphasis on food and beverages.
- Culinary or food service management degree may be advantageous.
- In-depth knowledge of the food industry.
- Strong working knowledge of related computer software, including restaurant management software.
- Ability to adhere to budgets and meet financial targets.
- Exceptional organizational, leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to forecast food and beverage needs.
