About the Role

People Capability Coordinator

located in Sriracha, Chonburi, Thailand

Responsibilities

• Develop people capability development strategy and mechanism according to business requirements and strategy.
• Design people capability development goals, policy and principles, model, strategy, processes, tools, systems effectively.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of execution and improvement.
• Contributes content to corporate website, tools, development modules and other capacity building efforts on knowledge management and learning.

People capability development include:

• Learning Organization / Knowledge Management
• Competency development
• Career & succession management system
• Talent management system
• Leadership development

Qualifications

Bachelor or higher in Engineering, supply chain, economic, business management, innovation, digital and related fields.

Requirement

• At least 2-3 years experience in human resource and organization development or related field.
• Experience in petroleum and petrochemical business is an advantage.

Other Skill

• Strategic and analytical thinking, problem-solving and organization skills
• Excellent collaboration, verbal and written communication, negotiation, presentation both in Thai and English
• Strong project management skills
• Strong business sense with knowledge of overall industry sector, trends and complexities
• Good interpersonal skills and extensive relationships and networks with stakeholders
