Design and manage employee development initiatives, including competency frameworks, training programs, and HR development systems. And, drive Employee Engagement and Well-Being activities to enhance employee experience, strengthen culture
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain employee competency frameworks and related documentation
- Prepare and manage employee development data using modern tools/technology and appropriate methods
- Responsible for employee development operations and the employee development system
- Plan, coordinate, and deliver training programs for employees
- Organize Employee Engagement activities to strengthen culture and employee experience
- Coordinate and support Well-Being Project activities and related initiatives
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Political Science, Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, or related fields (Bachelor's G.P.A. > 2.70, Master's G.P.A. > 3.30).
- 1 – 3 years of working experience in human resources or related fields.
- Experience in competency, learning, development, and engagement would be an advantage.
- Good command of English (TOEIC score at least 550).
- Able to work in an on-site mode at SCG Headquarters, Bangsue, Bangkok.
