People & Culture Coordinator, Asia Pacific
(6-Month Maternity Cover)

The People & Culture Coordinator reports to the People & Culture Business Partner and is responsible for HR administrative duties in a support role.

This position will support the operational work including recruitment, payroll, compensation and benefits, employee engagement, reports and projects activities, and will support the People & Culture Business Partner, APAC in supporting all four (4) wholly owned markets within the Asia Pacific region.

Your responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day HR administrative support, including maintaining and updating employee records and HR documentation
  • Support recruitment activities, including posting job advertisements, scheduling interviews, coordinating candidate communication, and conducting reference checks
  • Assist with the implementation and administration of HR policies, procedures, and guidelines
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparation of documents and new joiner / exit arrangements
  • Support employee benefits administration, including leave tracking, insurance enrolment, and claims coordination
  • Assist with work pass applications, statutory claims, and training administration
  • Support shared services administration, including preparation of employee letters and other standard HR documentation
  • Coordinate employee communications and support the organisation of employee engagement activities such as induction programmes, wellness initiatives, and internal events
  • Prepare HR administrative reports and support HR reporting requirements
  • Provide administrative support for performance management and employee development processes
  • Maintain accurate employee information in the HRIS and support data updates and system administration
  • Provide coordination and administrative support to the People & Culture Business Partner, APAC on HR initiatives and day-to-day matters
  • Liaise with Property Management and external vendors on office-related administrative matters
  • Coordinate the purchasing and replenishment of office supplies, pantry items, stationery, and other workplace needs

We're looking for you if your profile matches the following:

  • At least 1 year of experience in HR background
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Experience using a HRIS system i.e. SAPSuccessfactors, EasyPay preferred
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Self-motivated and service-oriented
  • Highly-organized, to respond to the variety and volume ofresponsibility
  • Able to work in a high-paced and creative environment, with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Meticulous and detail-oriented
  • Able to work strongly and effectively with cross functional team
  • Able to maintain strict confidentiality towards all information
