Job Description

Job purpose:

Lead the development and execution of people strategies aligned with business goals, ensuring effective governance, strong outcomes, and consistency across markets while adapting to local needs.

Key Responsibilities:

1. HR Strategy, Governance & Corporate Alignment

  • Develop, implement, and continuously improve people strategies and governance frameworks aligned with global standards and local requirements.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to leadership, translating business priorities into actionable people plans.
  • Lead HR reporting, analytics, and quarterly people reviews to drive data-informed decisions.
  • Ensure consistency of HR initiatives across Minor Food Group while enabling flexibility for local market nuances.
  • Monitor people metrics and provide insights to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • Strengthen governance, compliance, and risk management across all people processes.
  • Define and monitor key HR KPIs to measure effectiveness and drive performance outcomes.
  • Lead HR governance meetings and drive alignment on key people priorities, policies, and decisions across hubs.

2. International Hub Business Partnering

  • Partner with international market and HR leaders to execute people plans aligned with overall people strategy.
  • Provide strategic HR advisory tailored to each market's regulatory requirements, cultural context, and business needs.
  • Support international markets across different business stages, including market setup and expansion, through effective workforce planning, organizational design, and workflow frameworks.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role within international organizations.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and people development skills.
  • High proficiency in English and Thai.
  • Hands-on approach with the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
