Job purpose:
Lead the development and execution of people strategies aligned with business goals, ensuring effective governance, strong outcomes, and consistency across markets while adapting to local needs.
Key Responsibilities:
1. HR Strategy, Governance & Corporate Alignment
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve people strategies and governance frameworks aligned with global standards and local requirements.
- Act as a strategic advisor to leadership, translating business priorities into actionable people plans.
- Lead HR reporting, analytics, and quarterly people reviews to drive data-informed decisions.
- Ensure consistency of HR initiatives across Minor Food Group while enabling flexibility for local market nuances.
- Monitor people metrics and provide insights to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Strengthen governance, compliance, and risk management across all people processes.
- Define and monitor key HR KPIs to measure effectiveness and drive performance outcomes.
- Lead HR governance meetings and drive alignment on key people priorities, policies, and decisions across hubs.
2. International Hub Business Partnering
- Partner with international market and HR leaders to execute people plans aligned with overall people strategy.
- Provide strategic HR advisory tailored to each market's regulatory requirements, cultural context, and business needs.
- Support international markets across different business stages, including market setup and expansion, through effective workforce planning, organizational design, and workflow frameworks.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role within international organizations.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and people development skills.
- High proficiency in English and Thai.
- Hands-on approach with the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
