Responsibilities:
- Design and implement Individual Development Plans (IDP) aligned with performance results and career paths
- Identify and develop high-potential talent pipeline in collaboration with line managers
- Design and execute learning and development programs aligned with business needs
- Support organizational culture initiatives and people engagement activities aligned with organizational values
- Track and evaluate learning effectiveness and development outcomes
- Analyze people development data and report insights to HR Manager
- Collaborate with line managers to identify capability gaps and talent needs
- Support HR projects related to people development and organizational effectiveness
- Participation and other cross-functional teams as required.
- Responsible for any other specified assignment.
Required Qualifications:
- Thai Nationals Only
- Bachelor's degree in HRM, HRD, Psychology, Education, or related fields
- 35 years experience in HRD, L&D, or People Development roles
- Hands-on experience with IDP, competency frameworks, and training programs
- Strategic Thinking, with interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong coordination, communication, and facilitation skills
- Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into action
