Job Description

Recruitment

  • Direct proactive talent sourcing via diverse channels, ensuring quality and fit.
  • Standardize advanced screening methodologies in partnership with hiring managers.
  • Collaborate with onboarding teams to ensure a seamless transition for new hires.
  • Harness recruitment metrics for actionable insights and continuous refinement.
  • Analyze recruitment needs, adapt and refine existing methods to attract top-tier talent.
  • Monitor recruitment trends, recommending actionable improvements to internal strategies
  • Other project assign from recruitment lead or Chief of People Experience

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related field
  • Able to use Microsoft office ex: Excel, word, presentation tools, data analytic tools
  • Open for 3rd year student to fresh grads

Working Policy:

  • Monday to Friday (9.00 am – 18.00 pm)
  • No laptop provided
  • Internship Allowance
  • Office Location = The Parq (MRT QSNCC Exit 2)
