Responsibilities And Duties
- Recruitment
- Screen and analyze candidates qualifications to identify the best fit for the company.
- Coordinate and manage interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
- Update and maintain an effective candidate database.
- Employer Branding
- Assist in developing and designing content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) to promote the company.
- Support employer branding activities and campaigns, both online and offline.
- Propose innovative ideas to enhance employer branding and differentiate the company.
- Create engaging content such as images, videos, and storytelling to attract potential candidates.
- General HR Support (Ad Hoc Tasks)
- Organize and maintain HR-related documents systematically.
- Provide support to the HR team and coordinate with relevant departments.
- Perform other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in any field.
- Interested in Human Resources and the E-commerce & Logistics industry.
- Strong communication skills in both Thai and English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Creative mindset with the ability to propose new ideas.
- Experience with graphic design tools such as Canva, Photoshop, or Premiere Pro is a plus.
- Passion for content creation and social media platforms.
