About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and proactive People Learning & Development (L&D) Associate to join our team. In this role, you will help design, implement, and coordinate training and development programs that support our employees&apos growth, enhance performance, and build a strong learning culture across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate L&D Programs
- Plan and execute learning initiatives such as onboarding programs, internal training, workshops, and leadership development.
- Support Learning Operations
- Manage logistics for both virtual and in-person training, including scheduling, invitations, materials, room bookings, and feedback collection.
- Learning Content Management
- Assist in creating, curating, and updating training content and learning materials in collaboration with internal stakeholders or external providers.
- Learning Analytics & Reporting
- Track participation, analyze training effectiveness, and prepare reports to improve learning impact and decision-making.
- Employee Engagement & Communication
- Promote learning opportunities through internal channels and encourage employee participation in development initiatives.
- Vendor & Platform Management
- Coordinate with training vendors, manage e-learning platforms, and support LMS (Learning Management System) administration.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Education, or a related field
- 02 years of experience in L&D, HR, or employee development (new graduates with a strong passion are welcome)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable with both independent work and team collaboration
- Familiarity with Google Workspace / Microsoft Office; experience with LMS or e-learning tools is a plus
