Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Work closely and collaboratively with HR COE team and Business Leaders to drive execution of HR strategy and ensure alignment with overall business strategy and HR Framework and Guideline
  • Ensure smooth implementation and facilitation of annual HR cycle such as Performance Management, IDP, Reward, Succession and Talent Management and Engagement Survey
  • Monitor headcount monthly to align with headcount target
  • Update and maintain employee profile to reflect employee movement
  • Prepare periodical reports on HR metrics to support data driven business decisions
  • Provide consultation on HR related matters, processes, and procedures to business leaders
  • Work on simplification and automation initiatives to simplify processes and increase productivity

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree or higher in related filed
  • 5 years of experience in OD and HRBP would be a plus
  • Excellent interpersonal, collaboration, influencing and prioritization skills
  • Be a fast learner and able to work independently under pressure in an agile, fast-paced environment with minimum supervision
  • Strong MS Excel and PPT skills and be familiar with Success Factor system
  • Fluent English in both written and spoken
