Job Description

Job Scope

  • Support HR functions across People Partnership, including Talent Acquisition (TA), People Business Partner, Learning & Development, and Compensation & Benefits
  • Participate in onboarding activities and learn about company culture, HR processes, and HR systems
  • Gain exposure to Business Units by understanding structure, KPIs, and workforce needs
  • Support People Business Partners in day-to-day tasks and employee lifecycle activities
  • Assist in recruitment activities such as interview coordination and candidate communication
  • Support training sessions and basic learning content preparation
  • Assist in employee engagement activities, surveys, and employer branding content
  • Support basic HR data tracking, reporting, and documentation
  • Complete an assigned internship project and present the outcomes
