Support HR functions across People Partnership, including Talent Acquisition (TA), People Business Partner, Learning & Development, and Compensation & Benefits
Participate in onboarding activities and learn about company culture, HR processes, and HR systems
Gain exposure to Business Units by understanding structure, KPIs, and workforce needs
Support People Business Partners in day-to-day tasks and employee lifecycle activities
Assist in recruitment activities such as interview coordination and candidate communication
Support training sessions and basic learning content preparation
Assist in employee engagement activities, surveys, and employer branding content
Support basic HR data tracking, reporting, and documentation
Complete an assigned internship project and present the outcomes
