Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition (50%)

  • Own end-to-end recruitment for tech, data, and business roles
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and team needs
  • Improve hiring processes, employer branding, and candidate experience

People Development, Culture & Performance (30%)

  • Support performance management and feedback processes
  • Partner with leaders/Supervisors to support career paths and capability development
  • Promote company culture, engagement, and internal communication

HR Project & Initiatives (15%)

  • Lead and support HR-related projects (process improvement, systems)
  • Support HR initiatives that scale with company growth

Office Management (5%)

  • Oversee basic office operations and employee experience support

Requirements

  • Experience in HR, Talent Acquisition, or People Operations (Startup/Tech is a plus)
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Hands-on, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-changing environment
  • Passion for people, culture, and building scalable HR practices
