About the Role
This role is designed to bridge the gap between Talent strategy and system execution. We're looking for someone to own and optimize Talent-related processes in Workday, such as Performance Reviews, Calibration, PIP, Development Planning, and Succession Planning, so they're not just operational, but strategic enablers. You'll have the opportunity to introduce new functionalities, continuously improve the technology to meet business needs, and directly impact on the employee experience and people outcomes at scale.
