To support our growth, we are seeking a highly driven and results-orientedPerformance Ads & E-Commerce Marketing Specialistto oversee our digital advertising campaigns and e-commerce operations. This role combines expertise in paid performance marketing with hands-on management of online sales channels. The ideal candidate will be analytical, creative, and proactive in driving growth across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities
1. Performance Ads Marketing
- Manage end-to-end performance ad campaigns acrossMeta Ads, LINE OA Ads, and TikTok Ads.
- Brief and/or create compelling ad creatives (copy, visuals, and video) tailored to each platform's best practices.
- Set up, optimize, and monitor campaigns to maximize ROI and achieve performance KPIs.
- Track, analyze, and interpret campaign performance data, providing actionable insights.
- Develop regular reports to management with clear recommendations for improvement.
2. E-Commerce Management
- Develop and implement comprehensivee-commerce strategiesto achieve sales targets and business objectives.
- Manage and optimize the company's online presence onShopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and the company's e-commerce website.
- Ensureuser-friendly navigation and seamless customer experiencesacross all platforms.
- Overseein-platform advertising campaigns(Shopee Ads, Lazada Sponsored Solutions, TikTok Shop ads, etc.) to drive traffic and sales.
- Continuously optimizeproduct pagesfor higher conversion rates, better visibility, and improved customer experience.
- Monitor platform trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth.
Who are we looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 12 years of experience inperformance ads marketingande-commerce management.
- Proven track record of managing campaigns on Meta, LINE OA, TikTok, Shopee, Lazada, and similar platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with experience indata-driven decision-making.
- Proficiency in digital ad management tools, tracking, and reporting.
- Creative mindset with the ability to design engaging ad creatives.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
