Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Performance Coach based in Bangkok City, Thailand. The Performance Coach will be responsible for delivering customized training sessions, coaching teams to improve performance, and implementing strategies to enhance operational efficiency. Key responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing performance plans, facilitating coaching sessions, and monitoring progress. The role involves working closely with teams to drive sustainable improvements in performance and competency.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in Business Coaching and Training to enhance professional development and productivity.
• Expertise in Athletic Performance and Strength & Conditioning for optimizing physical and mental capabilities.
• Proficiency in Coaching techniques with a focus on fostering team collaboration and goal achievement.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective engagement with diverse teams.
• Experience in performance metrics analysis and reporting is advantageous.
• Bachelor's degree in Sports Science, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
• Adaptability to work in a dynamic, international setting with a focus on continuous improvement.
