THE ROLE
We're looking for a Performance Digital Marketer who is hands-on, results-driven, and excited to own the full marketing funnel. You'll report directly to the CMO, work closely with the CEO, and operate with high autonomy in a respectful, tight-knit team.
Your mission: drive qualified inbound leads and conversions through every digital channel available.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Design and execute B2B performance marketing strategies to generate leads and revenue.
- Run SEO/SEM campaigns that grow rankings and pipeline.
- Drive social media campaigns (LinkedIn, Meta, etc.) to engage and convert.
- Build and optimize email and newsletter campaigns to nurture prospects.
- Launch and scale paid ads across LinkedIn, Meta, Google and more.
- Analyze performance with GA, identify growth opportunities, and pivot fast.
- Experiment, test, and optimize campaigns balancing creativity with data-driven rigor.
- Leverage AI tools and automations to streamline campaign management, reporting, and performance monitoring.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Proven experience in performance marketing with a B2B focus.
- Strong track record in SEO, SEM, paid ads, and social campaigns.
- Comfortable with GA4, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEMrush, Wix/WordPress and other relevant marketing tools.
- Data-driven mindset with creative execution.
- Highly proactive, independent, and unafraid to take initiative.
- Strong communicator who thrives in a remote, high-autonomy culture.
- Experience leveraging AI in marketing workflows e.g., using AI-powered tools, MCPs, or APIs to pull analytics, automate reporting, and monitor ad performance across platforms like Meta Ads and Google Ads.
