Job Description

  • Monitoring the performance of more than >200 solar power plants daily
  • Lead continuous improvement activities to improve portfolio performance
  • Develop monitoring tools to enable various features
  • Perform root cause analysis of performance issues and suggest corrective actions
  • Generate periodic performance reports for management and clients
  • Gathering, analyzing, and presenting results
  • Co-ordinate first line corrective maintenance activities with teams
  • Coordinate with clients, contractors and maintenance team for corrective maintenance activities
  • On call activity required some weekends (subject to extra salary compensation)
