This role will be the key driver in developing and implementing our Performance Management System (PMS) to ensure alignment between corporate goals and individual performance, empowering our people to grow together with the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage the Performance Management System (PMS) to align with company strategy.
- Support departments in setting KPIs/OKRs aligned with business objectives (Business Alignment).
- Develop and maintain Dashboard Visualizations (Power BI, Looker Studio) to monitor performance from corporate to employee levels.
- Conduct data analysis and provide insights to support management decisions.
- Continuously improve the performance management process for greater efficiency, transparency, and fairness.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to collect, analyze, and communicate performance results effectively.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong interest in developing a career in HR, particularly in Performance Management and HR Data Analytics.
- Proficiency in Power BI, Looker Studio, or other data visualization tools.
- Basic knowledge of Data Analytics and data interpretation.
- Understanding of Performance Management Process, KPI, and OKR concepts.
- Detail-oriented, analytical thinker, with strong communication and collaboration skills.

- Diligent Allowance: pay annually depending on your attendance record: 4,600-9,000 Baht/year
- Bonus: Based on annual and company performance (last 5 years: 2020 = 4.0, 2021 = 3.5, 2022 = 2.5,
