We're hiring: Performance Management System Manager
Location: Bangkok (Rama 3), Thailand (on-site)

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and continuously refine performance management frameworks (KPI, OKR, 360° Feedback, evaluation tools) fully aligned with business strategy and interconnected with the organizational ecosystem.
- Partner with business leaders and HRBPs to build capability for meaningful performance conversations that strengthen alignment between individual, team, and organization-wide goals.
- Integrate performance results with talent management, total rewards, and succession planning to support holistic and future-ready people decisions.
- Analyze performance data, workforce insights, and ecosystem signals to produce evidence-based recommendations for leadership and cross-functional learning.
- Enhance digital adoption within the performance cycle by improving tools, workflows, employee experience, and collaboration using HR systems, digital platforms, and benchmarking networks.
- Collaborate with HR Centers of Expertise to ensure consistency, governance, and continuous enhancement of PMS processes, guidelines, and communication.
- Lead PMS calendar execution (goal setting, mid-year review, year-end evaluation), ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery.
- Drive organization-wide understanding of PMS principles through communication, training, and stakeholder engagement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in performance management, HR system design, or organizational development.
- Strong analytical, system-thinking, and framework design capabilities.
- Knowledge and hands-on experience with OKR, KPI, and 360° Feedback methodologies
- Strong communication, facilitation, and influencing skills.
Ability to collaborate across functions and support decision-making with data-driven insights.
