We're hiring: Performance Management System Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and institutionalize a robust, scalable Performance Management System (PMS) aligned with corporate strategy, business unit objectives, and long-term organizational direction.
- Develop and continuously refine KPI, OKR, competency evaluation, and 360 feedback frameworks to ensure strategic alignment, accountability, and measurable business impact.
- Translate corporate strategy and annual business priorities into structured performance cascades from C-Level to frontline, ensuring clarity of ownership and execution discipline across functions.
- Partner closely with HRBPs and Business Leaders to strengthen performance governance, goal-setting quality, calibration discipline, and meaningful performance conversations.
- Integrate performance outcomes with Talent Management, Succession Planning, Total Rewards, and Workforce Planning to support holistic and data-driven people decisions.
- Lead enterprise-wide PMS cycle execution (Goal Setting, Mid-Year Review, Year-End Evaluation, Calibration), ensuring governance, fairness, and timely completion across all divisions.
- Establish calibration frameworks and performance rating governance to ensure consistency, bias mitigation, and organizational integrity.
- Analyze performance trends, productivity signals, talent distribution, and organizational capability gaps to generate executive-level insights and recommendations.
- Develop performance analytics dashboards covering KPI achievement rates, performance distribution curves, high-potential identification, underperformance trends, and capability risk areas.
- Act as internal consultant to business leaders on managing high performers, succession pipeline development, and structured performance improvement interventions.
- Strengthen performance culture by driving organization-wide communication, training, and change management initiatives that embed accountability and ownership mindset.
- Enhance digital enablement of PMS through HRIS integration, workflow automation, and user experience optimization to improve adoption and data accuracy.
- Benchmark PMS methodologies against leading organizations and continuously evolve frameworks to reflect market best practices and business maturity.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 58 years of experience in Performance Management, Organizational Development, HR Strategy, or HR Systems design.
- Proven hands-on experience designing and implementing KPI, OKR, competency frameworks, and 360 feedback systems.
- Strong understanding of performance governance, calibration processes, and rating integrity management.
- Experience working in multi-business, retail, FMCG, or commercially driven environments is an advantage.
- Strong analytical capability with ability to translate data into actionable executive insights.
- Solid stakeholder management and influencing skills, with confidence to engage senior leadership.
- Fluent in Thai and English.
