About the job

The Performance Marketing is responsible for driving online revenue growth through strategic planning, execution, and optimization of paid media campaigns across Shopee and TikTok. This role involves managing budgets, monitoring performance, and collaborating with internal teams and external partners to ensure marketing initiatives align with business goals. The specialist will analyze campaign data, provide actionable insights, and maintain accurate documentation to support efficient operations and informed decision-making.

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute performance marketing plans on Shopee, TikTok to drive revenue growth and maximize ROI.
  • Work closely with media / creative agencies and platform partners to launch, optimize, and scale paid media campaigns.
  • Manage campaign budgets, platform bidding tactics, and real-time performance monitoring to meet commercial objectives and efficiency benchmarks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including trade, creative, and platform operations, to ensure marketing activities support product focus and sales priorities.
  • Evaluate and provide feedback on campaign proposals, creatives, and platform initiatives to maintain campaign effectiveness and brand governance.
  • Present data-driven insights, performance reviews, and strategic recommendations to management and regional stakeholders to support decision-making.
  • Maintain accurate documentation by coordinating, verifying, and filing invoices and related media paperwork in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, digital, or related field.
  • 35 years of experience in e-commerce, online retail, or brand.com.
  • Hands-on exposure to e-commerce platforms is a plus.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, project management skills and ability to manage tasks efficiently
  • Knowledge of digital media metrics, social media platforms, Google Ads, Meta Ads, influencer marketing and Marketplace Ads
  • Knowledge of affiliate marketing is an advantage.
  • Creative, organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
  • Fluent in Thai and English (spoken and written).
