building systems, and finding smarter ways to scale marketing execution.
What You'll Own
- Launch and manage campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn and emerging acquisition
- channels.
- Monitor campaign performance and proactively identify anomalies, opportunities, and
- inefficiencies.
- Build automated workflows for reporting, alerts, budget pacing, and optimization.
- Ensure tracking accuracy across UTMs, pixels, conversion events, and attribution systems.
- Work with creative, content, and product teams to improve campaign performance.
- Build dashboards and performance insights rather than static reports.
- Use AI tools to improve campaign creation, analysis, reporting, and experimentation.
- Continuously challenge existing processes and identify opportunities for automation and scale.
- Document learnings and contribute to improving internal growth playbooks and SOPs.
What We're Looking For
- 1 to 3 years of experience in digital marketing, growth operations, performance marketing, or ad
- operations.
- Hands-on exposure to platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets, data, and performance metrics.
- Strong attention to detail without losing sight of the bigger business outcome.
- Ability to independently investigate issues and propose solutions.
- Curiosity around AI tools and workflow automation.
Bonus Points If You Have Experience With
- Google Tag Manager, Analytics, Looker Studio, or similar reporting tools.
- Automation tools such as Zapier, Make, n8n, or scripts.
- AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, or AI agents.
- SQL, Python, APIs, or no-code workflow automation.
- Attribution, conversion tracking, and funnel analytics.
