What you'll do:
- Develop and execute online marketing strategies across major platforms such as Facebook, Google, and TikTok for clients from diverse industries.
- Optimize the use of e-commerce marketing tools, including Shopee Keyword Ads, Targeting Ads, Search Ads, Lazada Search Ads, and Lazada Affiliate Marketing solutions.
- Collaborate closely with brands and internal commercial teams to deliver effective and results-driven marketing solutions.
- Drive marketing revenue growth through cross-selling and up-selling digital marketing services to clients.
- Prepare reports and share key performance insights with both internal teams and clients.
- Lead innovative marketing initiatives to enhance campaign performance and boost customer retention.
- Take part in or lead cross-functional ad hoc projects to support overall business goals.
What We're Looking For:
- At least 1 year of experience in performance marketing, e-commerce management, media planning, or related fields
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset; proficient in Excel and experienced in data visualization
- Proven track record of driving results through data-driven marketing campaigns
- Solid understanding of the digital media landscape and marketing channels
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in client-facing roles
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken
