Campaign Execution: Set up, launch, and monitor digital paid ads campaigns across key platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads) to generate leads.
Optimization: Monitor daily campaign performance and adjust bidding, targeting, and budgets to improve ROI and lead quality.
Data & Reporting: Assist in tracking campaign metrics, analyzing performance data, and preparing weekly/monthly reports with actionable insights.
Content Collaboration: Work closely with internal content and design teams to request and test ad creatives, copy, and landing pages.
Event & Offline Support: Assist the team in coordinating offline marketing activities (e.g., events, print, outdoor materials) to help boost brand visibility.
Market Trends: Keep up with the latest digital marketing trends, platform updates, and competitor tactics.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
0–2 years of experience in digital marketing or performance marketing (agency experience or relevant internships are a plus!).
Basic, hands-on experience setting up paid ads (Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads).
Good analytical mindset—comfortable working with numbers, Excel/Google Sheets, and basic metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA).
Proactive learner with strong communication skills and a desire to grow in data-driven marketing.
Experience or interest in the education/student enrollment sector is a plus.
