About the Role

We are looking for a Performance Marketing - Google Specialist Ads with 2–3 years of experience in B2B digital marketing. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in managing high-budget Google Ads campaigns, driving qualified lead generation, and optimizing campaign performance across domestic and international markets. Candidates with prior experience in B2B SaaS companies will be highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize high-performance Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max, and Remarketing) campaigns.

• Manage and optimize Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads campaigns to support lead generation goals.

• Execute ABM Email Campaigns targeting enterprise prospects.

• Execute ABM LinkedIn Campaigns to engage key decision-makers.

• Manage large-scale Google Ads budgets while maximizing ROAS and reducing CPL.

• Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and Google Ads.

• Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis.

• Perform A/B testing for ad copies, landing pages, and creatives to improve campaign performance.

• Collaborate with the Sales team to generate high-quality Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs).

• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.

• Stay updated with Google's latest advertising features, bidding strategies, and industry trends.

Requirements

• Min 2–3 years of experience in Performance Marketing with a strong focus on Google Ads.

• Prior experience working in a B2B or B2B SaaS company is mandatory.

• Proven experience managing Google Ads budgets exceeding ₹1 Crore per month.

• Hands-on experience running Google Search campaigns across India and International markets.

• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.

• Strong knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and conversion tracking.

• Experience in keyword planning, bid optimization, audience targeting, and campaign scaling.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
