Platform Mastery: Lead execution across Google, Metaowning channel mix, creative testing, audience strategies, and attribution.
iOS Expertise: Build and scale high-performing campaigns within Apples privacy-restricted environment using SKAdNetwork, modeled conversions, and first-party data.
Analytics & Measurement: Dissect funnel drop-offs, cohort behaviors, and conversion trends to inform campaign decisions. Strong comfort with data is a must.
Outcome Orientation: Own core business metrics like CAC & ROAS. Drive growth with a sharp eye on unit economics.
Stakeholder Management: Be the point person for platform reps (Google, Meta, Apple) and internal stakeholders (Product, Tech, Sales, Analytics team), tapping into betas, insights, and performance audits.
Hands-On Execution: This isn't a pure strategy role you'll be deep in the platforms daily, testing and tweaking for scale.
Who Are We Looking For
Experience: 5-7 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing for a digital-first business (preferably eCommerce or marketplaces).
Scaling: Proven track record of scaling iOS and web campaigns in privacy-first environments.
