What you'll do
Performance Strategy & Growth
- Own end-to-end performance marketing strategy across all digital platforms to drive revenue, customer acquisition, and business growth.
- Define channel strategy, budget allocation, and optimization framework across paid search, social, display, affiliate, and emerging channels.
- Lead media investment decisions based on business impact, incrementality, and profitability.
D2C Growth & .com Performance
- Act as business owner for LG.com growth performance, identifying opportunities across traffic, conversion, basket size, and customer lifetime value.
- Partner with E-commerce, Product, and CRM teams to improve onsite conversion and customer journey.
- Drive experimentation roadmap including landing pages, product pages, checkout flow, promotions, and conversion optimization initiatives.
Subscription Business Growth
- Develop acquisition and growth strategies for subscription-based products and services.
- Analyze subscription funnel performance, retention drivers, churn behavior, and customer lifecycle.
- Recommend initiatives to improve subscriber acquisition efficiency and lifetime value.
Data Analytics & Business Insights
- Lead deep-dive analysis across customer acquisition funnel, campaign performance, product performance, and revenue contribution.
- Build actionable insights from GA4, Adobe Analytics, CRM, CDP, and business intelligence platforms.
- Establish measurement framework, attribution approach, and performance reporting for leadership teams. Leadership & Stakeholder Management.
Lead and develop performance marketing team members.
- Collaborate closely with Product, E-commerce, CRM, Data Analytics, and Commercial teams.
- Present business insights, growth opportunities, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
What you must have
- 8+ years of experience in Performance Marketing, Growth Marketing, E-commerce, or Digital Acquisition.
- Proven track record managing large-scale performance marketing budgets and delivering measurable business growth.
- Experience in D2C e-commerce business and online conversion optimization is highly preferred.
- Experience with subscription-based business models, membership programs, or recurring revenue
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate complex data into business actions.
- Advanced experience with GA4, Adobe Analytics, SQL, Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent analytics tools.
- Deep understanding of attribution models, customer journey analysis, incrementality testing, and marketing measurement.
- Experience leading and developing high-performing marketing teams.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
