Role Overview
As an Ads & Performance Specialist, you will be the engine behind our clients growth. You will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of paid social campaigns, focusing on data-driven optimization to maximize ROI and reach. You will bridge the gap between creative content and technical performance, ensuring every Baht spent delivers measurable value.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Management: Plan, set up, and manage full-funnel paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok Ads Manager, Google Ads, and LINE Ads Platform.
Optimization: Continuously monitor campaign pacing and performance; perform A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and landing pages to lower CPA and increase ROAS.
Data & Reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide weekly/monthly reports with actionable insights and strategic recommendations for clients.
Collaboration: Work closely with the Creative Team to provide data-backed briefs for high-converting ad visuals and copy.
Market Insight: Stay ahead of Thai digital trends, platform algorithm changes, and local consumer behavior to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications & Skills
Experience: 24 years of experience in performance marketing or biddable media, ideally within an agency environment.
Platform Expertise: Proven track record with Meta Business Suite and TikTok Ads. Familiarity with Google Analytics (GA4) and GTM is highly preferred.
Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into simple, growth-oriented stories for clients.
Language: Fluency in Thai is essential for local campaign nuances; proficiency in English is a plus for international client reporting.
