Digital Monkey Laos is a boutique, fast-paced agency based in Vientiane, Laos. We work with a mix of some of the largest Lao brands and Thai companies looking to expand their footprint. We are looking for a Media Lead who can bridge the gap between these two dynamic markets, manage a hungry local team, and deliver ROI that makes our clients lean in.

• Omnichannel Architecture: Lead the strategy and execution of full-funnel campaigns across Meta (FB/IG), TikTok, and Google Display Network (GDN).
• Cross-Border Strategy: Adapt Thai-style performance tactics for the unique Lao digital landscape (high mobile-first, social commerce-heavy).
• Team Mentorship: Supervise and upskill our local Lao media staff, setting the standard for reporting, optimization, and platform hygiene.
• Data Storytelling: Translate complex data from GDN and Ads Managers into clear, actionable growth stories for our clients.

• Experienced: 34 years of hands-on experience in a digital agency or performance-heavy brand.
• Technical Expert: You go beyond boosting to master Meta CAPI, TikTok-native content, and GDN strategies that drive actual sales, not just likes.
• Performance Focused: Experience with getting the most out of our clients media budgets
• Bilingual: Fluent in Thai (for client strategy) and proficient in English (for platform interfaces/reporting). Lao language is a bonus, but we will support you!
• Strategic Consultant: You're not just a back-end optimizer; you're comfortable leading client calls, selling in bold strategies, and introducing new platforms to their media mix.
• Leader: You enjoy teaching others and building processes that make the team more efficient.

• Semi Remote work. You will work from home, visiting Vientiane approx. once a month for a week, to connect with both colleagues and clients (Expenses paid by company)
