Job Description

Job Summary

The Personal Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative and personal support to senior management. This role requires excellent coordination skills, strong communication abilities in English and Chinese, and a solid understanding of Chinese culture to effectively liaise with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Act as a key coordinator between executives, internal teams, and external parties.
  2. Assist in communication and coordination with Chinese partners, clients, or stakeholders
  3. Review documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence in English and Chinese.
  4. Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  5. Support ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications & Requirements

  1. Fluency in both Chinese (Mandarin) and English, with the ability to translate and interpret accurately
  2. Excellent coordination and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  3. Strong knowledge and understanding of Chinese culture, business etiquette, and communication styles.
  4. Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities, with the ability to prioritise effectively
