Job Summary
The Personal Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative and personal support to senior management. This role requires excellent coordination skills, strong communication abilities in English and Chinese, and a solid understanding of Chinese culture to effectively liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a key coordinator between executives, internal teams, and external parties.
- Assist in communication and coordination with Chinese partners, clients, or stakeholders
- Review documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence in English and Chinese.
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Support ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Fluency in both Chinese (Mandarin) and English, with the ability to translate and interpret accurately
- Excellent coordination and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of Chinese culture, business etiquette, and communication styles.
