Key Responsibility:
1. Administrative & Executive Support
- Provide Thai communication support and documentation during meetings
- Manage schedules, calendars, and meeting coordination for Directors
- Prepare meeting materials, minutes, and follow-up actions
- Coordinate internal and external communications
2. Coordination & Stakeholder Management
- Coordinate event invitations and communications with internal and external stakeholders
- Liaise across teams to ensure smooth execution of activities
- Act as a key contact point between Directors and relevant teams
3. Project & Program Coordination (PMO Support)
- Support program initiatives including data consolidation, timeline tracking, and activity monitoring
- Assist in document review and reporting preparation
- Track progress and ensure alignment across multiple stakeholders
4. Travel & Event Support
- Manage travel arrangements (flights, accommodation, logistics)
- Coordinate speaking engagements and event participation
5. Process Improvement & AI Automation
- Drive AI and automation initiatives to improve office efficiency
- Identify opportunities to streamline administrative and coordination processes
6. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the management
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, Project Coordinator, or similar roles
- Strong ability to handle both administrative and project coordination tasks
- Excellent communication skills in Thai and good command of English
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to work with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Experience working with PMO or project management teams is a plus
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
