Working Conditions: On-site work 5 days per week with 2 rotational days off; employees are required to work rotating shifts, and days off are not fixed to Saturday–Sunday.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the executive's daily schedule, including meetings, appointments, and business and personal arrangements.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas and meeting materials, take meeting notes, and follow up on action items.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders in both Thai and English.
- Manage emails, documents, and other confidential information on behalf of the executive.
- Arrange business trips and travel-related matters, including flights, hotels, transportation, and travel itineraries.
- Prepare presentations, reports, meeting minutes, and other documents as required.
- Follow up on assigned tasks and coordinate with relevant teams to ensure timely completion.
- Support the executive in managing day-to-day activities and handling ad-hoc requests or urgent matters.
- Act as the key point of contact between the executive and employees, clients, business partners, and other stakeholders.
- Provide general administrative and personal support as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in any relevant field.
- 5+ years of experience in Personal Assistant OR Executive Assistant roles.
- Strong command of English, with the ability to communicate effectively in speaking, reading, and writing.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and task prioritization skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with executives and stakeholders at all levels.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Able to handle confidential information with a high level of discretion and professionalism.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace, with good presentation and document preparation skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle ad-hoc situations effectively.
- Flexible, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience supporting a C-Level Executive, Founder, or Business Owner is a plus.
