We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Personal Assistant to CEO with a proactive and can-do attitude to provide administrative support to our CEO.
Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day administrative and secretarial support to CEO
- Manage calendar, schedule meetings and other personal appointments
- Assist with coordination and communications with internal teams
- Run occasional personal errands or tasks as needed
- plan and organize personal and business travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and itineraries and ensure all travel logistics are well-coordinated and aligned with the CEO's preferences and business needs
- Work closely with the CEO on assigned projects
- Handle phone calls and emails on behalf of the CEO, ensuring efficient communication
- Maintain the highest level of confidentiality when handling sensitive information and discussions
Qualifications:
- 3 -5 years of experience as an executive, personal assistant or in other relevant service-related roles.
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Thai.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Friendly and professional, with a service-minded attitude
- Proficient with MS Office.
