Job Description

We are looking for a highly organised, discreet, and creative Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive executive support to the CEO. Beyond traditional PA duties, this role includes a unique responsibility, planning and producing personal social media content that builds the CEO's thought leadership and personal brand. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, digitally savvy, and able to represent the CEO's voice with authenticity both behind the scenes and on screen.

Responsibilities:

Executive & Personal Assistance

  • Manage the CEO's complex calendar, meetings, appointments, and travel schedules while proactively resolving conflicts and ensuring smooth daily operations.
  • Coordinate all domestic and international travel arrangements including flights, accommodations, transportation, visas, and detailed itineraries.
  • Screen and manage emails, calls, and correspondence on behalf of the CEO with professionalism, confidentiality, and strong business judgment.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, briefing materials, minutes, and action trackers while ensuring timely follow-up with stakeholders.
  • Organize internal/external meetings, company events including logistics, venue coordination, catering, and guest management.
  • Handle personal errands, reservations, appointments, gifting, and lifestyle management tasks for the CEO as required.
  • Liaise closely with senior leadership, external partners, VIP guests, and key stakeholders while maintaining the highest level of confidentiality.

CEO Personal Social Media Content

  • Develop and execute a personal social media content strategy for the CEO across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok) that builds thought leadership and personal brand.
  • Research trending topics in business, wellness, entrepreneurship, and industry news, curate and generate relevant content ideas aligned with the CEO's voice and values.
  • Write compelling captions, posts, articles, and short-form content in both Thai and English, adapt tone and style to suit each platform.
  • Coordinate content creation including photography, short video shoots, and graphic design (in collaboration with the creative team or external vendors).
  • Schedule and publish content consistently using social media management tools, monitor engagement, respond to comments, and manage the CEO's digital community.
  • Track social media performance metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth) and prepare monthly reports with insights and recommendations.
  • Identify collaboration, speaking, and media opportunities that enhance the CEO's public profile.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field; Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or Liberal Arts is a plus.
  • 1–3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar executive support role.
  • Experience in social media content creation or management personal, brand, or influencer accounts are acceptable.
  • Excellent written and spoken English (professional working proficiency): able to draft correspondence, captions, and content in fluent, polished English.
  • Strong command of Thai with the ability to adapt content tone naturally between Thai and English audiences preferable
  • Proficiency in productivity tools: Google Workspace or Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok)
  • Basic skills in Canva or similar design tools for creating simple content graphics.

  • Creative mindset with strong storytelling and personal branding instincts for social media.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across written, verbal, and digital interactions.
  • Adaptable, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced executive environment.
  • Preferred: experience supporting C-level executives, interest in wellness/lifestyle content, and basic video editing skills (CapCut, Reels, TikTok).
