Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Personal Assistant to the Managing Director, based on-site in Samut Prakan. The Personal Assistant will be responsible for providing executive administrative support and personal assistance to the Managing Director. Key tasks include managing schedules and diaries, organizing travel arrangements, coordinating meetings, and handling professional communications. The role also involves ensuring smooth daily operations and acting as a liaison between the Managing Director and internal teams or external partners.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Executive Administrative Assistance and Personal Assistance to efficiently support high-level executives.
  • Strong Diary Management and Travel Arrangement skills for scheduling, planning, and coordinating logistics effectively.
  • Excellent Communication skills for clear and professional interactions with diverse individuals, both internally and externally.
  • Organizational capabilities, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in office management tools and software is preferred.
