Job Description

Job Highlights:

  • Support the Asset Director in all aspects of secretarial/administrative tasks and be the key stakeholder between the head office & operational teams
  • Be a team player to internal and external stakeholders, teams, and peers to ensure timelines and deliverables are met.
  • Translate accurately and timely between Thai / English & vice versa to ensure communication is smooth between teams/stakeholders
  • Coordinate and project manage key initiatives/projects with strong attention to detail and proactive management
  • Play a key role in delivering new initiatives & operational improvements through Project Management & Coordination between teams within the Shopping Mall and the Head Office
  • Support on administrative and proceduralprocesses within the organization
  • Administrative support on personal tasks/assignments (10% of scope)

Roles & Responsibilities:

Project Coordination & PMO:

  • Track, monitor & liaise directly with the working teams to deliver strategic priorities for the Shopping Mall and overall business
  • Lead/assist in preparing management reports in MS PowerPoint / Word or Excel tools to a high standard expected.

Secretarial & Administrative:

  • Communication – be the crucial link between the AD and the working teams through direct translation/communication
  • Assist in ensuring all approvals are fulfilled on time through internal systems & processes.
  • Support to ensure all administrative needs are fulfilled/met professionally & personally.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree or higher in related fields – business, hospitality, operations
  2. Minimum of 3 years experience in either: business administration, secretarial support / personal assistant/project coordinator/project management office (PMO) role
  3. Exposure to the retailing sector and/or real estate mall operations preferred, but not essential
  4. Good command of MS Office tools – MS PowerPoint, Excel, Word
  5. Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering excellence
  6. Willingness & flexibility to learn and adapt to a dynamic environment
  7. Strong English skills – spoken & written (TOEIC score > 700)
  8. High interpersonal, negotiation, and influencing skills with a passion for working with people/teams
