Job Summary:**
The Personal Banker (PB) at UOB (Thai) is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with individual customers, understanding their financial needs, and providing tailored banking solutions. Job Responsibilities:**
- **Customer Relationship Management:** Proactively engage with new and existing customers to understand their financial goals, lifestyle, and banking requirements. Build trust and rapport to foster long-term relationships.
- **Sales and Advisory:** Identify opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell a comprehensive range of UOB products and services, including deposits, loans, investments, insurance, and digital banking solutions. Provide expert advice and recommendations aligned with customer needs and risk profiles.
- **Service Excellence:** Deliver a consistently high level of customer service, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and processing transactions efficiently and accurately. Ensure customer satisfaction and positive banking experiences.
- **Performance Targets:** Achieve individual sales and service targets for various banking products and services, contributing to the branch's overall performance.
- **Compliance and Risk Management:** Adhere to all internal policies, procedures, and external regulatory requirements (e.g., Anti-Money Laundering, Know Your Customer). Ensure all customer interactions and transactions are compliant and ethical.
- **Market Knowledge:** Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and UOB's product developments to effectively position solutions to customers.
- **Administrative Tasks:** Complete necessary documentation, reports, and administrative duties accurately and in a timely manner.
Job Qualifications:**
- **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Banking and Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
- **Experience:** 1-3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a similar client-facing role within the banking or financial services industry is preferred. Fresh graduates with a strong passion for banking and sales are also encouraged to apply.
- **Skills:**
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both Thai and English, written and verbal).
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities with a customer-centric approach.
