Job Description
Job Summary**
As a Personal Banker at UOB (Thai) Public Company Limited, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, identifying their financial needs, and providing tailored banking solutions. You will play a key role in achieving sales targets and contributing to the bank's growth.
Job Responsibilities**
- Develop and manage a portfolio of individual customers, fostering long-term relationships through excellent service.
- Proactively identify customer financial needs and recommend appropriate UOB products and services, including deposits, loans, investments, insurance, and digital banking solutions.
- Achieve individual sales targets for various banking products and services, contributing to branch and bank-wide objectives.
- Provide financial advice and guidance to customers, ensuring they understand product features, benefits, and risks.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and process transactions efficiently and accurately.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant banking regulations, internal policies, and procedures.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update client information as required.
- Participate in sales campaigns, promotional activities, and community events to acquire new customers and deepen existing relationships.
- Continuously enhance product knowledge and stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.
Job Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a customer-facing sales role, preferably within the banking or financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of banking products and services (deposits, loans, investments, insurance).
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
- Results-oriented with a strong sales drive and ability to meet targets.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English and Thai.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Holds relevant financial licenses or is willing to obtain them.
