Job Description

Key Responsibilities
  • To Plan and manage customer portfolios (Deposits, Mutual Funds, Insurance) while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients and expanding the customer base.
  • Present wealth management products and provide asset allocation advice in collaboration with investment advisors to achieve target returns aligned with clients risk profiles.
  • Drive customer acquisition through sales channels and marketing strategies to meet business growth objectives.
  • Increase fee-based income and portfolio growth in line with company policies and targets.
  • Cross-sell banking and affiliate products to maximize customer value.
  • Collaborate with relevant departments to share knowledge and support product and service development.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure maximum satisfaction.
  • Comply with business policies and coordinate with branches on operations, processes, and internal documentation control.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in MBA, Finance, Marketing, Economics, or Accounting.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Wealth Banking, Private Banking, or related fields.
  • Strong knowledge of investment products such as mutual funds, deposits, and bancassurance.
  • Possess IC License and Life/Non-Life Insurance Broker License.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with high self-motivation.
  • Proficient in English.
