Job Overview:
Provide high-level, personalized butler services to the Family Owner, ensuring seamless day-to-day support, exceptional service delivery, and absolute discretion. This role will accompany the Family Owner on frequent business and personal travels (estimated monthly) and manage all related arrangements with precision and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
Personal Service & Daily Support
- Deliver discreet, attentive, and anticipatory personal service to the Family Owner at all times
- Manage daily personal requests, errands, and ad-hoc requirements
- Act as the primary point of coordination for personal needs and preferences
Travel & Logistics Management
- Accompany the Family Owner on domestic and international trips (monthly frequency)
- Handle end-to-end travel arrangements (flights, accommodations, transportation, visas if required)
- Prepare, pack, and manage luggage, wardrobe, and travel essentials
- Ensure all travel logistics run smoothly, including last-minute adjustments
Household & Lifestyle Coordination
- Coordinate with household staff (drivers, maids, chefs, security, etc.) to ensure seamless service delivery
- Oversee wardrobe management, maintenance, and personal belongings
- Arrange personal services (appointments, grooming, wellness activities, etc.)
Event & Hospitality Support
- Assist in organizing private events, formal dinners, and social engagements
- Ensure service standards meet luxury and hospitality expectations
- Support guest management and hosting duties when required
Qualifications:
- 5–10 years of experience in a Butler / Personal Assistant / Luxury Hospitality role
- Experience serving high-net-worth individuals or family offices is highly preferred
- Background in 5-star hotels, luxury residences, or aviation (cabin crew) is an advantage
- Exceptional service mindset with attention to detail
- Flexibility to travel frequently and work irregular hours
- Experience traveling internationally will be highly preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
