Role Summary:

Reporting to Pharma-Agro Innovation Team Leader, the role is responsible for driving research and development activities in Pharma-Agro innovation, covering the full product development lifecyclefrom ideation and research project management to coordination with research partners, regulatory readiness, and translation into industrial and commercial applications.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and source high-potential research projects to be incorporated into the R&D pipeline
• Manage assigned research and development projects and monitor progress to ensure alignment with approved plans and timelines
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners on matters related to research and product development
• Support the preparation of technical data and documentation required for product and/or drug registration
• Facilitate the translation of research outcomes into innovative products and commercial applications
• Build, manage, and maintain effective working relationships with research partners and collaborative networks
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the company

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Pharmacy (both Pharmaceutical Sciences and Pharmaceutical Care tracks)
• Basic knowledge of Research and Development (R&D) in health-related products
• A minimum of 1-3 years of work experience, experience in research projects involving herbal or plant-based products will be considered an advantage
• Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Positive mindset, openness to learning, and adaptability in a dynamic working environment
