Role Description

We are seeking a high-energy, data-drivenPharmacistto lead our service operations. You will be the primary liaison between PharmCare and our vast network of pharmacy chains and standalone stores. Your mission is to ensure service excellence, optimize partner performance, and scale our operational footprint across Thailand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner Success & Relationship Management:Act as the key account lead for pharmacy chains and standalone pharmacies, fostering long-term relationships and ensuring their success on the PharmCare platform.
  • Operational Excellence:Monitor and manage daily service operations, ensuring telepharmacy and telemedicine workflows are executed with the highest quality standards.
  • Performance Reporting:Analyze service data to create comprehensive performance reports for pharmacy partners, identifying bottlenecks and growth opportunities.
  • Data Governance:Oversee the maintenance and accuracy of pharmacist and pharmacy data on the PharmCare platform to ensure regulatory compliance and operational readiness.
  • Liaison & Training:Serve as the subject matter expert to train pharmacy partners on platform updates and service protocols.

Qualifications

  • Education:Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy (Licensed Pharmacist preferred).
  • Experience:2+ years in the healthcare industry. Experience specifically within pharmacy operations, chain management, or health-tech is a major plus.
  • Data Fluency:Comfortable using data to tell a story; proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and reporting tools.
  • Communication:Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills; ability to communicate complex operational concepts to both pharmacists and corporate stakeholders.
  • Mindset:Goal-oriented, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.
