Role: Physical Security Systems Engineer
Project site: Chonburi, Thailand
Working Hours: Monday - Friday (8.00 AM - 17.00 PM)
Job Description
- Administer and support physical security systems, including CCTV/VMS, Access Control, and Key Management platforms.
- Manage and maintain the supporting Windows Server infrastructure, including system monitoring, patching, backups, and performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system and infrastructure issues to ensure high availability and reliability.
- Support virtualization and storage environments that host security platforms.
- Perform basic network troubleshooting related to security systems, including IP, VLAN, and connectivity issues.
- Execute system maintenance, upgrades, firmware updates, and security remediation activities.
- Maintain accurate technical documentation, system configurations, and incident records.
- Collaborate with Security, Facilities, Data Center Operations, vendors, and local technicians to support daily operations and continuous improvements.
Qualification
- Experience in System Administration, Infrastructure Operations, or Physical Security Systems.
- Strong experience with Windows Server administration, patching, troubleshooting, and system maintenance.
- Hands-on experience with CCTV/VMS, Access Control, or Key Management systems. Experience with Genetec, Avigilon, Lenel, or Traka is a plus.
- Knowledge of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, DNS, VLANs, routing, and firewalls.
- Familiar with incident management, change control, and technical documentation.
- Good communication skills both Thai and English and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
