Job Description

Overall Job Responsibility

We are committed to fostering a culture of inclusion and connectedness for individuals with disabilities and their caregivers.

As we embark on an exciting new chapter with the launch of a new extension under the Enabling Village Masterplan, we are looking for a creative, motivated, and driven individual to join us in the role of Senior Executive (Enabling Village).

This role will focus mainly on supporting the Placemaking & Tenancy team in key marketing/design work, tenant engagement, outreach initiatives and administrative work to drive positive outcomes for the Enabling Village.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Programming and Partnership: Manage and execute an Open Call initiative – Invitation for Programmes and explore diverse forms of collaborations with partners ranging from tenants, corporates, community groups, and government agencies.
  • Design and Communications: Develop simple design and adapt work on platforms such as Canva, AdobePro, Photoshop etc. and/or perform simple video editing on platforms such as CapCut. Manage communication channels with tenants and partners, ensure timely dissemination of information.
  • Placemaking and Tenancy Support: Contribute to various placemaking initiatives that enhance the overall Enabling Village experience, including tenancy and events/programming matters. This involves processing contracts, liaison with external partners, processing of venue applications etc.
  • Administrative and Scheduling Support: Provide necessary administrative support for the department, including scheduling, coordination, finance/invoicing matters and general assistance to ensure smooth operations of all ongoing initiatives.

Qualifications, Knowledge And Experience

  • Diploma holder in any discipline with 2-3 years of relevant working experience.
  • Proficiency in design/adaptation work, administrative support and project management is required.
  • Placemaking, tenancy and partnership management skills are also preferred, but not critical.
  • A passionate and innovative team player who thrives in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
  • Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse stakeholders.
  • A commitment to inclusion and social impact, with a genuine interest in empowering persons with disabilities and their caregivers.
  • Able to work on some weekends occasionally, as needed, to support events and programmes (with off-in-lieu days)
