Purpose of role:

Planning & Operations Executive responsible to drive end-to-end planning excellence across demand forecasting, supply planning, and inventory management to achieve high service levels with minimal waste, optimized working capital, and strong cross-functional alignment for Blackmores Thailand business.

Responsibilities include:

  • Work with the Head of Supply Chain to develop and implement demand planning strategies, policies, and procedures.
  • Assist in the development and execution of demand forecasts, incorporating inputs from sales, marketing, operations, and finance.
  • Monitor and analyse market trends, consumer behaviour, and historical data to enhance forecast accuracy and identify potential demand risks and opportunities.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to gather market intelligence, customer insights, and promotional plans to support accurate demand forecasting.
  • Conduct regular demand planning meetings with key stakeholders to review and adjust forecast models, evaluate assumptions, and drive consensus on future demand projections.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize inventory levels, minimize stock-outs and excess inventory, and improve overall supply chain efficiency.
  • Closely liaise with distributor in Thailand on operation related matters including shipment arrival, managing backorder, new item creation, product recall and work on stock transfer / Inter branch transfer.
  • Coordinate with freight forwarders to manage inbound shipments and ensure timely importation of products, accompanied by all required documentation.

Who are you

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in planning, operations, or inventory management, preferably within FMCG, healthcare, or retail sectors in operations/supply chain.
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to adapt
  • Good attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure with a growth mindset and continuous improvement
  • Excellent communication skills & confidence to speak with internal and external stakeholders
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently
  • Demonstrate strong planning, organisational, and analytical capability
  • Effectively operates in a cross‑cultural business environment
