Planning Engineer
Responsibilities:
- Plan and prepare raw materials to ensure readiness for production.
- Coordinate with related departments regarding raw material preparation and production requirements.
- Control raw material inventory levels to maintain appropriate stock quantities for factory operations.
- Verify the accuracy of raw materials in the warehouse and other storage locations.
- Review production orders and Manufacturing Guidelines (MG) to ensure sufficient main and auxiliary materials for production.
- Create purchase requisitions (PR) for raw material procurement.
- Issue and close production orders for PVC products and trial/sample production runs.
Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications:
- 0-3 years of experience in a material planning or production planning role within the manufacturing industry
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related fields.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and inventory management.
- Familiarity with SAP system is an advantage.
- Good coordination, communication, and analytical skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
