Job Title: Head of Planning Department (Songkhla Based)
Reports to: Senior Head of Planning Department
Subordinates: Assistant Head of Planning Department
Work Location: Thai Union Seafood Co., Ltd., Singhanakhon District, Songkhla Province
Job Responsibilities
- Distribute documents and coordinate with relevant departments such as Production, Quality Control, Marketing, Warehouse, Export, and other related units to ensure efficient production and export processes.
- Check and ensure readiness of products for export, including NCR, microbiological test results, certifications, and other customer requirements, as well as manage vessel and container bookings.
- Prepare data for production and shipment planning adjustments to align with raw materials, inventory, customer demand, timelines, transportation, and production line capacity and efficiency.
- Coordinate with related departments including Production, Quality Control, Marketing, Procurement, Warehouse, Export, and others to ensure systematic and efficient production and delivery.
- Prepare export plans to provide information for vessel and container bookings so that products reach customers on time.
- Monitor, track, and clear aging finished products by coordinating with Marketing weekly and monthly to achieve set targets.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisors.
- Participate in food safety and workplace safety prevention and control in strict compliance with regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Management, Industrial Engineering, Food Science, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in production planning or working in the food manufacturing industry.
- Proficient in computer skills: Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
