At Dextra, we are looking for a driven Planning & Warehouse Manager to lead and transform our supply chain operations. This is a high-impact role where you will optimize inventory, elevate planning accuracy, and drive operational efficiency using modern systems like D365 ERP.
You will play a key role in ensuring world-class service levels while continuously improving cost, performance, and team capability.
Your Mission
You will lead end-to-end planning and warehouse operations, ensuring optimal inventory levels, high service performance, and efficient execution across the supply chain.
Key Responsibilities
Supply Chain Planning & Optimization
- Lead demand and supply planning to meet customer service and inventory (DIO) targets
- Drive best practices in:
- Master Production Scheduling (MPS)
- Material Requirements Planning (MRP)
- Capacity & distribution planning
- Monitor forecast accuracy and improve planning reliability
- Ensure optimal stock levels across raw materials, WIP, and finished goods
Warehouse Excellence
- Optimize warehouse layout, processes, and space utilization
- Ensure smooth, efficient, and disruption-free operations
- Improve productivity through automation, systems, and lean practices
Systems & Digitalization
- Maximize the use of ERP (D365) for:
- Inventory optimization
- Automated replenishment
- Planning visibility and performance tracking
- Champion data-driven decision-making across operations
Cost & Performance Management
- Lead cost optimization initiatives:
- Workforce efficiency
- Sourcing strategies (local vs export)
- Equipment and asset utilization
- Develop and track KPIs for planning and warehouse performance
- Deliver clear monthly performance reports and insights
Leadership & Team Development
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team
- Build capabilities in modern supply chain practices
- Partner with HR to design learning and development pathways
- Drive performance management (KPIs, feedback, career growth)
Change & Continuous Improvement
- Lead transformation initiatives and process improvements
- Establish structured processes to manage change effectively
- Foster collaboration and alignment across departments
What You Bring
Experience & Background
- Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Engineering or related field
- Minimum 10 years of experience in planning, inventory, or supply chain management
- Strong exposure to manufacturing environments
Technical Expertise
- Deep knowledge of:
- Forecasting & demand planning
- MRP and inventory optimization
- Warehouse operations & layout design
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems (D365 / SAP)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Leadership & Soft Skills
- Strong leadership with the ability to influence and develop teams
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- High level of organization, decision-making, and resilience
- Ability to drive change and continuous improvement
Languages & Tools
- Fluent in Business English (spoken and written)
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
