What You'll Do

  • Support all Finance rhythms within T+O and SBD as required given responsibilities of this role.
  • Leads preparation and review of annual operating plan including review of material pricing, material usage, labor requirements, overhead and capital spending.
  • Push continuous improvement and best practices deployment throughout operations
  • Identify measures and execute productivity saving targets.
  • Leverage data and analytics to provide insight on performance drivers.
  • Analyze, and provide insightful financial reports and global presentations as required.
  • Collaborate heavily with local operation team to drive Finance Excellence goals such as cost reduction initiatives, working capital management, and return on capital employed to ensure they are adequately measured, managed and achieved.
  • Oversee and reconcile inventory cycle counts, annual physical inventory, and reconciliation process.
  • Support Ops FP&A deliverables including Month End Review and Performance Analysis.
  • Provide ad-hoc support and analysis as requested.
  • Drive process improvements to improve efficiency and effectiveness of the finance function.
  • Maintain controls throughout the business unit to adequately safeguard the assets of the company and to identify potential risks in a timely manner.
  • Develop accurate standard cost and provide cost analysis
  • Support internal audit, external audit, internal control to make sure local operation fulfill internal and external compliance required.
  • Ensure all finance processes and key operation processes are documented and executed per SOX requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with local policies and procedures with statutory requirements
  • Build, develop, train and retain high qualitative finance and strategy teams.

Who You Are

  • Over 15 years Finance experiences and with 5 years plant controller role working experiences.
  • Manufacturing operations background.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in handling multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Demonstrated collaboration skills and understanding of manufacturing and operational culture.
  • Ability to create presentations that articulate business problems and present coherent solutions for leadership.
  • Ability to compile and analyze data, formulate recommendations and present action plans.
  • Ability to facilitate brainstorming sessions and collaborate with others in a group setting.
  • Self-motivated, ability to manage multiple tasks, organized and an excellent team player
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office software.
  • English competence in oral and written.
